How often is too often to do yoga?

I know people who take their yoga mat with them on holiday so they can practice in their hotel room, even if for just half an hour a day. Yoga is beneficial, even if just done occasionally, but like anything, the more you practice the more fit and strong you become, and the clearer your head becomes too. Yoga is not competitive and it really does not matter if you are good at it or not, and it does not matter if you become better at it or not. Physically our bodies are all diffident and your body will do what it can do. Mentally, the more you practice yoga, the stronger your mind will become. Yoga is therefore so beneficial, physically and mentally, and a regular practice is really healthy for you. Find a yoga studio that you enjoy going to, one that encourages you quietly to keep practising, and one here you want to go to the sessions.
