If they are feeling like they want exercise; a walk, a run, the gym or yoga, yga is the go-to. It is the one thing that always works and it works for a number of reasons. Yoga is a calm and meditative practice, and it is a practice more than it is a lesson. It is about a person doing what they can, getting a bit more flexible each time they practice, and learning the art of mindfulness, or a quiet mind at the same time.
