We have a big studio with on-site restrooms, lockers, and changing areas. You can enjoy free tea when you arrive early and before class.

For those looking for a more gentle practice, we frequently offer sessions tailored for intermediate and advanced students in our regular classes of traditional Hatha yoga. Each lesson emphasises how to quieten the mind while maintaining good breathing, flexibility, strength, and energy in the body. Breathing exercises, sun salutations, a final relaxation, and guided meditation make up the majority of class schedules. Our sessions are based on the classical teachings of yoga, which suggest that attaining a healthy body and mind, which promotes spiritual development, is a natural way to achieve the goals of self-realisation, accomplishment, and tranquilly.
